We still use the CPA system to help us with all new inquiries that we may have from potential new customers. We are constantly monitoring all our new credit customers and find the daily updates from that very helpful. A client of mine uses CPA, They charge a monthly fee and give you a set number of debts to be chased each month. Whilst I've written off some debts after sending them, they've tended to be disputes or errors, the rest have paid up as advertised!
